I've used Richard Schambow now for over 10 yrs. I find him to be a very caring, & very capable Veterinarian. I started using him because we have a cat (Now in her 20's) who gets overly stressed out when we have to take her out of the house for medical calls. He (Dr Schambow) has been a God Sent. After I saw how good he was with our cat, I decided he'd take care if all of pets. He's been there for several emergencies that have Popped up out of the blue, & has had to euthanize our pets (old age usually).. You know how sometimes you get a Veterinarian that shows no emotion when your falling apart because your best friend is about to be put down. The ones that just go through the motions of putting down your pet, then hand you the bill, turn & walk out of the room. Well... Dr Schambow isn't that Person. Which is why he'll be our Veterinarian till he retires, or I run out of Pets.

He essentially abandoned us when our pet became further ill and wouldn't return calls. Misdiagnosed him with an ear problem when he had more wrong then eventually died.
