100% satisfaction. Staff are kind and understand my dry sense of humor. They take time to know you and always remember a face. I almost feel guilty paying them what they ask for. So i always tip great.

Went in today on a Wednesday and it was kinda busy when walk ins starting coming in, in the early afternoon. But we had called and I've been here once before and it was good as well BUT today I got requested Sandy, SHE WAS AMAZING!! Ill never go anywhere else again I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did that exactly! I'll forsure always request her my man last time did a good job as well he has a tattoo on his bicep of a rosary and is very polite and gentle not to rough with my hands for acrylics. Bad reviews very from person which is everywhere honestly I've tried 7 different nail salons in Omaha and haven't ever loved my nails this much. 5 star amazing work and effort with sandy, quick easy painless and absolutely stunning work.

Was not at all impressed! I will not go back!
I had a shellac manicure, it started chipping right away. I went back in for repair and felt they could have cared less that I was not happy. Fast repair was sloppy they did again. Got home and have anther chip. It has only been a week! Now I need to find a new place!

LOVED this place. Since I've been working non-stop, I haven't had the time to get my nails done for way too long. I went through the reviews of a bunch of nail salons of the ones open until at least 8 when I got off work and this one had the best reviews I could find. I called at about 7:15 (they close at 8) and asked if they could fit me in for a full set. I'm so glad they said yes and I'm really glad they did such a great job because I was pretty desperate. 😁
Tim did my nails and he actually took the time to ASK me (?! I know right?!) what I wanted and did exactly that. He let me be picky without making me feel bad, which I very much appreciated!! The place looked beautiful and well taken care of, everyone I talked to was so nice, and they even took extra time to get my nails done and ended up staying late. I feel bad for making them stay so much later, but I really appreciated that they did because I really didn't have any other time to get them done.
Pearl did the design for me and it turned out beautiful. There wasn't anyone there anymore who normally does the designs because it was after closing time, but she took the extra time to find something she could do that I would like and she reassured me that it was ok to take it off if I decided I didn't like it.
I'm really impressed because it's seriously so hard to find a nail salon anymore where you are aren't made to feel bad for asking for what you want.
Thank you guys! I normally don't get my nails done in Omaha, but whenever I do from now on, I'm not going anywhere else! You've got a new customer! 😊
