This was my first car shopping/test driving experience, and honestly I just wanted to test drive a mini to see how I liked it. The salesman helping me, Jon, I feel took advantage of my naïveté and asked for my personal information to figure out what my monthly payment would be. He ran a hard inquiry on my credit even after I said I wasn't looking to buy yet and had appointments to test drive other cars throughout the week. I now realize giving him my info was the worst thing I could do but he insisted it was hypothetical just to see what the monthly payment would be and I didn't know any better. Now I'm livid and have to live with this on my credit report for 2 years, not to mention I decided against a Mini so now I'll have another hard inquiry whenever I do purchase and finance a new car. Cool. Thanks a lot, Jon. My credit score hates you.

I went in for n oil change, they sent me home with no oil in my engine... that blew out my turbo, my high  pressure fuel pump, they took the car in  to repair,  all  of the damage they caused to the engine . Then  side swipe my car backed up on a pole.

in court Tom still had the nerve to  tell the judge that they do in fact do things like   crash cars they do damage cars and they did  forgot to put the oil in my car...in same breathe
still refused to pay for the damages

Good luck I now go to Bob Smith mini

Everyone there is super pretentious. They didn't honor a deal they made with me to fix something on my certified preowned car and just don't care about their costumers in general. When I bought my car from them they said not to go to mini of Valencia but after using both places I can assure you mini of Valencia is ten times better and more helpful than this joke of a dealership.

Came here for a regular service. Oil change, to be more specific. I made an appointment at 11am. And they told me the car has to be there until 5pm! You really need 6 hours to do an oil change?! I can even do it myself in 30 minutes. 
They must be doing everything ridiculously SLOOOOW.

Parking is an issue because it doesn't have a private lot for customers so you have to park on the street. There's a large selection of mini coopers however the people helping me didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the vehicles.
