I sold my house before finding another one, so have had to put all of my stuff in storage for a few months.  I have nothing but good things to say about the Miniprice Storage on Call Federal in Midlothian.  The very first conversation with Sandra started me off with a great impression of their company.  She was very personable and helpful.  On my first arrival at the storage facility, I found all of the employees to be extremely nice and very helpful.  The facility itself is very clean, well lit, secure and climate controlled.   I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I love this place. The staff are absolutely wonderful. My daughter is attending college in Norfolk and I did not want to bring everything home to Delaware. I set up everything from home over the phone with Kim Agnew. She is amazing and her follow up is awesome. When I arrived, Tasha was equally amazing. The facility is immaculate. I decided that I will maintain a storage space until my daughter graduates in 3 years. I have received numerous phone calls to make sure that I am satisfied and that I had a wonderful experience. Never thought I would be so excited about a storage facility!

Mini Price gave me excellent service and prices!  I can certainly recommend this company.... and location (318 Cowardin Ave).  Sandra was very helpful and pleasant to work with !!

From my initial call to the main office to get general info to renting my unit was an easy experience. Sandra Shoulders took my initial call, sent my information to the location on Call Federal. When I walked in the door Sandra and Lauren knew exactly what i was looking for. They were both very friendly and helpful. This is a very customer service oriented company!! Thank you for making this an easy transaction and experience!!
