I've taken two of my children there and saw two different doctors and two audiologists. The front staff was fantastic. Dr. Christensen was fantastic as was the audiologist. My son just had tubes put in his ears last week. Surgery went well. If it was only based on his experience, I would give 5 stars. When I took my daughter to be evaluated, we were there for about an hour and forty-five minutes. Service wasn't given with a smile. I was frustrated it took that long. I would rate that experience two stars.

Staff is very pleasant and responsive, but Dr. Jarvis does not listen to the patient. Insists I take take a medicine that I have a reaction to. Says it should be ok. This reduces the credibility of his diagnosis.

They were running late...an hour late. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours just to be seen. :( Had I known that would happen I would have gone someplace else. Everything the ENT told me was exact opposite than what my allergist told me. Even the nurse's blood pressure reading was way off. Would not recommend. This office visit was pointless. I will be going someplace else. UPDATE - During my office visit I made Dr Griebie do a sinus swab even though he didn't want to. Turns out I have a staph infection even though he said nothing was wrong with me. Please don't go to this ENT.

Front staff is always pleasant and prompt. I have always received very good care here. Dr. Griebie is diligent and has a calming demeanor.

3rd attempt calling - 5 call trees to go thru - ended with a vm, hung up. Here's the sad thing, on one of the call trees you have to listen to - the embedded message for emergency is in there. Wow people, if they can't answer a bloomin' phone call - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
