Hosted a family event recently. The owner was very nice, no doubt! The staff were friendly. The food was not so great as was promised, worst yet, the service and commitment were awful! The issues were - over promise, under deliver & absolute lack of professionalism! First of all, I voluntarily prepaid even though, I was never told so. During the ceremony, the waiter demanded me to prepay for extra guests, or else he wouldn't serve dinner to the guests. What kind of professional catering hall does that? Second, we changed menu upon food tasting, which the owner never relayed to the chef. So at the event we didn't get few items, they agreed to provide. Third, there were not enough wait staff. The bartender even waited table with soft drinks. As host, I had to help move dirty plates, chairs, n tables few times, myself. At times, I had to serve soft drinks myself to my guests. Fourth, at the buffet station, food wetter being refilled very late. Fifth, the owner 's son agreed to pack leftover food for 15 people as take out. But they never gave. Finally, the owner promised "happy hour" rate for our guests for liquor during the event. Yet, they were charged in full + 20% forced gratuity. When asked about happy hour, the bartender laughed at us, thinking we were joking! Overall, nice mgmt n staff but due to lack of communication, professionalism, & service staff, they are undeserving their catering hall clients. Personally, I ll root for Gary as I like the guy, but won't go there to dine, nor host any event ever again.

Horrible Horrible Experience please think a million times before hosting a event here NEVER AGAIN ........We just had a event on the rooftop and was promised Live BBQ and was promised for BAR and Appetizers to be Served at 5:30 pm but it was all served at 6:30... They stopped the bar at 8:00 PM because they said it is our policy when we were never told this.... we had a argument with management in the middle of our event. And then they restarted the bar but charged my guest for drinks........ Dinner was Cold i mean COLDDDD we ate it because we were supper hungry.... I WOULD TAKE MAKE SOME SERIOUS CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT IF I WAS THE OWNER ...

worst experience ever... had a party at the roof top and food was disgusting and cold. womens bathroom on top floor had a broken lock and downstairs bathroom was extremely dirty. would give a 0 rating if possible. we had an open bar and there was only 1 bartender who was super slow.. roof top needs to get updated because the furniture was dirty and not comfortable at all. Not happy with the over all experience...

Went for lunch today on mother's day... I do understand that it was a very busy day. First of all they open at 11:30 so I made my reservations for 12:30 which they confirmed with me twice before I went.. they were not prepared at all for us. Most of the staff is unprofessional and seemed like they didn't want to be there. The food was okay nothing special. Way over priced for the food. The decor in the restaurant is nice but the bathroom needs a little bit more cleaning. I think on special occasions they should just offer buffet and not regular menu. Seemed like they couldn't handle both. They valets need to be in uniform. They looked completely unprofessional. They looked like a bunch of young kids hanging out at the corner. Overall my experience wasn't that great and Don't think I would be returning. I'll stick to my regular Indian place.

Worst Indian Restaurant I 'be ever been to.. Horrible and unprofessional Customer Service.. Food is OK.. Service is extremely Bad and way too Pricey. 1.We had a rooftop party booked for 3-7 pm and around 4.30 pm ,One of the supervisors approached our Guests and asked to start packing up ..we said we have time until 7 pm, he said "NO". Your time is up in 30 minutes.. "Without losing my cool, I said , "Check With your boss" ..He said" I don't need to.Your time ends at 5 pm."I had to change my tone to get him doublecheck. and even after realizing his mistake , no apology from them. 2. This is a party 75 people with 25+kids 8yrs and Up( mentioned beforehand) so requested Mango Lassi as a drink when the menu was chosen .They bought in one pitcher of Mango lassi and 1 pitcher of Watermelon Juice. No more.. Whoever asked for it after the 1st 10-15 cups from The one and only pitcher, the reply was "Sorry.We ran out of it" . Really ?..on a Saturday afternoon Party,,A restaurant ran out of drink especially Mango Lassi ' which is everybody's favorite and we specifically asked for it when Ordering thru the menu when we booked the place..Seriously? This is how bad their service is..they serve what they feel like serving and stops when they feel like stopping.. 3. When requested again And Again for Lassi or Watermelon by several adults, the one and only bartender said" I can't leave the booth" 😲. Isn't there A staff member to oversee these or they don't care at all..Come On Dude, Call somebody.." Supervisor is around. Owner lady and her son is right there counting heads nonstop to make sure all heads are counted..and still nobody to serve Drinks? 4.The price Quoted was including Liquor and Not even Jack Daniels or anything good was there to serve which they agreed to Serve for the price we paid. One guest was given Jack Daniels and another guest asked for the same and Bartender replied"That's not included in the menu.."If Jack Daniels is not included, what else is. 5.3-7 pm party.. 6.20 pm again.. another guy approached our Guests and asked to pack up ,, 😳Yes.( we booked the place for 3-7 pm). they were asking our guests to leave saying they have people for the next party waiting by the door.so We needed to leave asap.. it's only 6.20 pm and we booked the place for until 7 pm.. isn't it rude and insulting? 6.. We had to ask Several times to replenish empty trays..How bad is it when your guests are waiting inline to get food and nothing but empty trays are there ? Understaffed or Negligence or complete lack of respect.. 7. Rooftop Ambience and Appearance is pathetic.Rooftop is a word they use for Open terrace to charge more$ .. nothing fancy.... tables are not even cleaned.. seat cushions are not straightened for Guests.. if You want to sit on it,, you better straighten it yourself. Most tables have mildew on them.. you pay extra$$ for a rooftop party and you have to fix the seat cushions yourself and clean the tables to rest your hands or purse.and to add insult to injury ,, asking guests to leave without even looking at the Schedule . 1. 2 hrs early 2. 40 minutes early.. That is so rude and unprofessional... First and last.. never again To this place.. Stay away from this place..
