First time here and I LOVED IT!! Had a shack burger and a salted caramel shake and I was not disappointed. The people are very nice here, gives you that restaurant feel, as opposed to another fast food place. Don't know what is in that shack sauce, but it is pretty great. If you haven't tried it, try it now.

I got a berry cheesecake sundae and was so disappointed with it, it came out way too sweet. Might as well give me a bag of sugar... Thought this place wasn't as good as some other shake shacks I've been to in the city.

Great burgers! You have to try the shakes they are so good! The fries are just okay. They forgot to put the bacon on my burger.

First time here having the BBQ CHICKEN SHACK so delicious.   The staff is amazing.  I will be back.

Good burgers and fries place. Frozen custard is amazing! Definitely a good choice.  A little more pricey for a burger joint, though.
