I’ve had two cars repair by miracle an I’m very happy with the work done! The staff is great and their customer service is awesome. An with miracle rental being there it was so convenient for me i didn’t even have to travel to a rental place to get one. They set it all up for me. My service Writter Eddie A always kept me up to date with whatever was going on with my car. Very polite and friendly. Saved me a good amount of money off my deductible as well.

Always smiling and welcoming faces from Pearl and Trish! They're so reassuring and take you step by step on getting your vehicle repaired. Trish was kind enough to call my insurance company to help me with my claim and Pearl answered any and all questions when I would call. They represent their team amazingly with great customer service from start to finish! I received weekly updates from Frank which is so comforting to be kept in the loop, and even if I didn't answer he left me voicemails on my vehicles progress. Awesome shop and extremely pleased with the time I got my car back and the overall work. I will continue to be a returning customer with any issues on my vehicles. I suggest everyone do the same if you want amazing discounts with promising work and great customer service.

Trust, Customer Service, Value

I’ve had to come to Miracle Body and Paint on two separate occasions and I will come again if I need to.  I don’t know much about cars, so It is important for me to find someone I can trust.  Alongside great customer service, they walked me through everything that is specifically happening to my car, even showing me in person, what exactly is getting fixed, replaced, and why.  I also got a call at least once a week to be updated on the progress of the repairs and specifics of what was happening. 

In addition to that, since they are not contracted with insurance companies, they are able to pass any savings to the customer instead of the insurance company.  They were able to cut my deductible almost in half.  I was very happy with that. 

You can tell that these people are good people and they are on the customer’s side.   If there is anything I can say negative about them, it is that it seems that they sometimes take longer than expected to finish a job.  I just say that because I did wait longer than expected for my job and also a few other reviews on here seem to say that as well.  However, in my opinion, that is such a small takeaway for excellent, service, value, and trust.  There is a reason they are so busy, and it is because of the great service they provide.

This place is great! I can't believe how smooth the whole process was!  Thank you Trish & Pearl for the ease of the checking in & checking out with paperwork! But most of all thank you Gabriel Segovia for all your help! You were wonderful & always on time with updates to my car! They also work with your deductible & body work turned out great!  If you are looking for a place to have your vehicle get body work, I highly recommend Miracle Body & Paint! :) Be Blessed, Stay Blessed!
