Immediately after sitting down I was asked if I’d like a cocktail and I was sold on this place! Yes to breakfast cocktails! This was devotedly such a unique menu with tons of interesting menu combinations. The monthly specials were amazing as well. The portions were generous and the service was pleasant. Also, the local hot sauce was amazing!

This past weekend, the wife and I decided to go to one of our favorite spots that we know we won't be disappointed and sure enough we landed at Miss Shirley's.  We always expected a wait, but this past Saturday the long wait completely vanished.  Our waiter, Gabby was the best we had since coming there over a year ago.  She was very attentive, polite, and there was not a time when we felt like she was hovering over us.  We was delighted with her friendly conversation and even told one of the floor managers about her wonderful service.  Please tell her she did an EXCELLENT job and she deserves a raise like yesterday!

When first arriving at Miss Shirley's for Sunday brunch, it was extremely crowded and I know how those wait times can be for a good restaurant. We were told 20 minutes to wait but were seated in 15. Our waiter came over immediately after we were seated and checked on us just enough while eating. Our food came out rather quickly and was hot. The food was absolutely delicious! Overall great experience with great food and great customer service gives this cafe a 5 star. I will be back.

So I had my first experience at the infamous Miss Shirley's Cafe.....boy was it a good one!!! The food was awesome but more importantly the service was outstanding. Tom, our waiter was the best!! First and foremost, just a very nice young man. He knew the menu well, he was able to answer all our newbie questions and give us some great advise. Overall, he just did an awesome job!!! If you are lucky enough to have him as a waiter, you wont be sorry!!! Thumbs up all the way around!!

I will not be returning again. I'm from out of town and wanted to get breakfast before heading back home. My food portion looked no where near for the price I paid. It looked like a kids happy meal from McDonald's. We ordered to go because it was busy. The cashier messed up the ordered, which resulted in using the charge card twice. Once we received the food it was cold like it been sitting. 02/04/18
