Long story short. I haven't been to a dentist in years. Like 6+ years. They were clean organized. And what I liked the most was how they valued my time. I showed almost a complete hour early. They were able to take me in early because someone was a no show. They still had urgency in doing what was requested for my visit and they all delivered great customer service. It was all around good. Every step/process. From the door to the desk to the waiting area to the exam room and prep to the doctor. Everyone who played a role in the experience was great ! I already recomended 3 other people :)

"THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE" I first went to Dr. Rios out of total necessity. I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years, and I was scared to death. All my past experiences with dentists had been horrible. I was a basket case of nerves, crying, and fearful. Dr. Rios calmed me down completely. I never had any discomfort for any of the procedures I went through, and there were many. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctor, I received nothing but kindness and experienced care. My mouth is in the best shape it has ever been in, and I actually call and ask for appointments proactively now! It's wonderful, and it's the way it should be. I'm so grateful to Dr. Rios and his wonderful staff, and of course my whole family decided to go to Mission Dental Care. The rooms are state-of-the-art, clean, and welcoming. They offer Care Credit payment plans, which was really helpful, and the staff always helped me with any insurance questions I had. I highly recommend Mission Dental Care to anyone who feels apprehensive in any way about going to the dentist. Dr. Rios is the Best!

The doctors can be nice and very professional but they make you feel that you are their for them and it's their way or the highway. But my main issue is the way that I was treated by Isabel and Sandra in the front office was beyond obsurd. I asked about a payment plan and billing and I was told "maybe you shouldn't be getting dental work done if you can't afford it" then next time I made my appointment I was told not to make the appointment unless I could actually pay for it. Then I got sick the day of my appointment and was throwing up and called the front office to reschedule because of my condition, I didn't think they would appreciate working in my mouth if I was throwing up and highly sick with the flu, I was lectured by the front desk lady about "appointment etiquette" like I was a young child getting in trouble by my parents. When I told them that I would call them back about making an appointment the gal on the phone (Sandra or Isabel) I was told "whatever" and was hung up on before I could finish my statement. On top of all this my appointments were rescheduled with less than an hour notice on their part, they expected me to change my plans for them but if I had an issue where I needed them to re arrange their schedule for me I was causing them an inconvenience and treated with complete disrespect in the process. I will never darken their doorstep and take my money and business elsewhere where I am appreciated and treated with respect. Isabel and Sandra should NOT be working a customer service job if they are going to be disrespectful and rude. I will let everyone I know Emmy experience and make sure that they DO NOT go here for dental care. Another lost loyal client. DO NOT GO HERE if you value customer service or if you like to be taken care of.

I went to Mission Dental for an extraction and the dentist there told me two weeks ago that I had to be seen by an Oral Surgeon but the surgeon is only in the office once a month. And of course there was no appointments available the whole month of November so I got an appointment for December 9th. WELL! I went back today and needed more pain medicine from them and They gave me a script and another referral out of there office because I was a tough case and all the sudden they couldn't do it. So I get a blank piece of paper with nothing more then there letter head and basically good luck! NOW what kind of ligit dentist does something like that. Thanks to them I've spent the last two weeks in pain for nothing. I'm right back to square one. So anyways. If you know what good for you I wouldn't EVER go to there office or stand a chance of suffering the same fate yourselves.

Tengo muchos años de ser cliente De Mission Dental Care . La dentista Rios y el dentista Lopez son muy Profesionales en sus servicios que ofrecen a Mi family hacen sentir como parte de su familia. Selos recomiendo.
