Our family Loves Super dentist. My son had an appointment we got there at 11am and got out by 11:40am fast simple and very pleasant visit. Ladies at the front desk took very good care of us! Thank you super dentist!

Very disappointed!  I waited an hour to be seen and I did have an apointment. My son is autistic and does not do well with long wait times. We went in for sealant preventive care because it was recommended by the dentist during his last appointment. They kept sending me emails to make sure I scheduled the appointment so I did. Well when we finally got in to see the dental assistant he refused to put the sealant on my son because he would not open his mouth wide enough. He made little attempt to succeed . I wasted 1 hr at the dentist with no results!!! I feel very upset and frustrated . Super dentist should really read their medical records on patients so that they don't waste people's time . If they would of kept in mind that my son is autistic and is not as easy to work with as other children his age then they would not of recommended that treatment. I was told to come back when he was older and would not make it difficult . 
I felt so frustrated and angry. They never apologized for wasting my time.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. This place is awful. The wait alone is horrid always. The staff behind reception are rude and unhelpful. My daughter had one cavity filled there and TWO times the filling fell out and they were not accommodating with fixing it or even seeing her to confirm this last time. There seems to be great miscommunication on behalf of scheduling because after receiving many texts saying we were overdue for a cleaning (when I had had an appointment scheduled for 6+ months!) I called the day of to confirm my time that was on my card, and I was told it was at a different time altogether. So I took my daughter out of school and two other littles at naptime to get her in. Only to be rudely told whomever I spoke to was wrong and they couldn't see me at that time because they were at lunch and I needed to wait either an 1.5 or come back another day. I desperately wanted her just to be seen for 2 seconds to confirm another shoddy filling falling out but was denied.  I am done with this place and have switched dentists.

This place is awesome. Staff are alway friendly and ready to help. They make you and your child feel at ease. The kids are always entertained.
