Story

Peter Czuleger, M.D. and Woodrow Wilson, M.D. were both Emergency Room doctors with over 30 years of experience that you can rely on to help with all of your medical needs. We offer quick and easy professional service with an experienced staff and state of the art facilities. We have advanced digital X-Ray facilities that provide results displayed instantly. Our goal is to provide you excellent service every time you visit us.
We accept most major PPOs and will happily see any walk-ins with no appointment necessary.
*Please note- last patient is taken 30 minutes before closing*

I went in on a Thursday evening for a sinus infection because my PCP was on vacation. At first I was very pleased, there wasn't a long wait and the staff was very friendly! I saw Dr. Czuleger and he was helpful and told me he would get me antibiotics, a z pack and cough medicine. He also suggested Flonase and pseudofed which I had been taking. I left their office very satisfied! However, I went to my pharmacy and my prescriptions were no where to be found. They said it could take a little longer. So, I waited and called 2 hours later. Still no prescriptions. Urgent care was closed by this time so I waited till the next morning. I called my pharmacy AGAIN in the morning and still no meds. When I called urgent care the receptionist said they were never sent but would get it taken care of eighth away. But five minutes later I received a call from their office and the receptionist said that Dr. Czuleger did not send over prescriptions because everything he suggested was OTC (i.e. Flonase and pseudofed). When I insisted that he told me he was going to give me antibiotics and a z pack and cough medicine, she told me that's not what his note said and that he would only prescribe them if I didn't feel better in 3-4 days. To say the least, this is NOT what our conversation consisted of in his office. I have been dealing with a sinus infection for 4 weeks now and have already tried those medications, which the doctor knew about. Finally, the office sent the medications over to my pharmacy. The receptionist was very nice about it all, but I am still frustrated at the lack of communication and efficiency this office shows. I am definitely not satisfied with their service and will try to avoid going back to them altogether. There is no reason for this to happen, whether he got my confused with another patient or forgot me altogether, it is not ok.

3 stars because the front desk staff is hit or miss. Sometimes epic, sometimes rude, short, and overwhelmed. Unless you're in the back, coding patients, have some chill and handle your role with professionalism and politeness please. Your role is so important, you are the face of this business, and patients depend on you to hold it down when they're not feeling well. As both a patient, and nurse, I feel so strongly about this one. Dr. McIntyre is the best. So polite, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, truly a lifesaver. Chris, the PA, is great as well. So wonderful to have medical staff that you can depend on, only 5 minutes from home. Truly invaluable.

Unfortunately, need to give warning on this place. I brought my son here to have a head wound stapled shut. The receptionist was nice and we walked right in. However, our treatment by Dr. Sunkara was unsatisfactory. Not only were the staples haphazardly placed, but the wound was still gaping open and oozing. Our visit resulted in a trip to the ER where the staples were removed and properly replaced. Save your time and money.

Rude doctor and wasn't impressed with staff either. Phones wereleft unanswered as the staff talked about their day (gossiping about patients) and the Doctors manner was uninterested in my well being. I will not be going back.

Went in for stomach pain, was taken in immediately and was diagnosed with gastritis. Was immediately tested and provided with medication to relieve pain. Currently have not had issues in the last 6 months. Great and Kind Staff. NOTE: Under new management. Reopens Jan. 10th 2017
