This is the vet I spent years looking for. The vet and her staff are very kind, gentle people & do so much to accommodate & provide comfort. The office is very modest, & as a customer I appreciate not having to pay for fancy facilities. The doctor has no problem referring me if she feels that a procedure could be done better elsewhere. She will not hustle you for pointless, costly tests or treatment. I like that she seeks to establish up front what your cost-benefit comfort is so that she can deliver appropriate care. I’m based in Phoenix, but drive the 110 miles to work with this office, it is such a rare find.

The very best Vet we have ever had for our companions . We love her no nonsense approach to issues and gives her very best. Kind and courteous  and extremely knowledgeable . We would give her many more stars if we could. Thank you so much Dr. Callahan and her fantastic tech.

If you want compassion, kindness, patience, low cost and loving care for your Pet, go to the Mission Pet Clinic. You will meet two women who love and care for animals. July, 2017 my kitty Lulu was in renal failure. My Vet closed his business and I was desperate to find another Doctor. A friend gave me Dr Callahan’s phone #. I called and explained the problem. She said “I will work you in today, just come as soon as you can. Dr Callahan said “there’s not much I can do at this stage, but I’ll keep her for a few days to give her fluids and feed her.” We met Laurie, Dr’s assistant, a very nice young woman. She works the front desk and assists Dr Callahan in back. If your pet is very sick, like Lulu, Dr will be forthright with suggestions on how to proceed with treatment. She is honest with her advice but there is no pressure. You decide what you want. Dr Callahan has a holistic way with animals, very gentle and loving. We call her the Cat Whisperer. She said pets feel your stress, so try to be calm. Laurie is there every day. She always has a tissue box handy. I knew Lulu could not be saved. I asked Dr Callahan “what can we do now?” She said “I think you know what to do”. Yes, it was time. Laurie gave the shot and then they left us alone in the room. We stayed with Lulu while she went to kitty heaven that afternoon. Mission Pet Clinic is a haven for anyone who has a sick or injured pet. These two women are angels. I give them 10 stars!

Just went here today for my puppy! Wonderful staff and veterinarian! Very helpful! I'm definitely bringing my puppy back

They are part of my family. They take take great care of my kids who have paws. They dont forget who you are and treat you with total care and concern. Gods gift to vet service. Thank you Lori and Dr. Callahan for your years of taking care of my babies.
