Today, my husband took my car to get washed as a favor to me while I worked. If I'm being honest, it's been a long time since I've had an interior cleaning and I've got a northern breed dog that sheds and likes to play in mud, so even with a car seat cover, it was a wash that I severely needed. Now, I wish I'd never gone in the first place. I drive a 2015 car that was brand new when I bought it. It's the nicest car I've ever owned and even if I don't clean it as much as I should, I still take meticulous care of the outside. I have no dings or scratches or dents. That is, until I gave this establishment my business. I now have multiple scratches on the inside of my driver's side window and it's obvious they did nothing to wipe down the driver's side at all; there's still water spots from windshield wipers in the corner of my window and windshield. There are dirty cup holders and spots that were clearly not vacuumed at all. I'm incredibly disappointed and I will never again give this place my business.

For the most part I'm optimistic at best when I go places but, recent visit here was not very good. I'm a regular here, just because they really clean my car well depending on how much you spend. The service though is something to be desired, all the folks who dry the car outside are horrible. There was an elderly woman asking one of the guys who dry "excuse me can you tell me where my keys are" and the gentleman just replied "they in there". What??? That is no way to talk to someone who is spending their time and hard earned money there. On top of that my car mats were all out of place and not lined up where they where supposed to be. They snap into place how hard is it to find where they go. I will not be spending my time and money here ever again!

Earlier, I had signed up for Unlimited Wash Club - Full Serve Platinum. At the end of first service, I didn't get the whole service. It didn't include any extra service done at the end of the car wash by the staff. Front bumper was never cleaned and there were stains all over the car. Above that, the car was cleaned with dirty cloth making it worse. Second time, I asked the cleaner at the end to perform those services; the cleaner didn't believe so I have to show the receipt showing that I needed platinum service. Wth!. I cancelled after this. This was in November. Again and again,  the services have deteriorated throughout my recent experiences so that I feel compelled to write this review. Mister Car Wash is no better than car wash at any regular gas station.

The wash is great but the interior cleaning is atrocious. I paid 75 dollars for fuel and full service clean inside and out and they just lightly wiped things down. The inside of my windows were still foggy, and dirt was still in my center console and seats. This is not the first time this has happened. Maybe I need to get a higher level wash? If that is the case the value is not worth it. I will take pictures next time to back up my post of what I am talking about. In short I can't complain about the exterior wash but interior is not worth paying for
