I was on my way to find a coin op carwash. As such, I had $7.50 in quarters in the cup holder. I came across a Mr Carwash in Missouri City, TX. I didn't think anything of it when I stepped out of the car. I figured there were 3 people working on the car so who would steal 7 bucks? When I got my car back, sure enough the quarters were missing. I asked about the quarters and of course no one saw anything. The manager said he ran back the tapes but couldn't make out anything he could go with. He gave me a coupon for a free premium wash. I don't plan on cashing it in... I mean, if the staff are thieves why would I let any of them back in my car?

Good place and good guys to rely on to keep your car clean. One thing that I don't like is that if you are a monthly member, they don't shine your tires or if you want to use it by yourself, you are barred from using it. They can do a better job of wiping down the glasses.

Pricy, but Great Service. However, they don't and. their phone. I don't like that and if they changed the number they should change it on the Internet to.However a thin afican American girl with Short hair and a nose bling stud,,Did a very good job! She asked did you like how I cleaned your car? Honestly I gave her a $5 tip and   alot of change from my purse ,,Probably another $7 in an envelope. Told her it's heavy in my purse. 
She really did a good job!

My car was washed fine and they offered to wash again if needed at no cost  and it was not busy at all! .However my car battery died (my fault battery acid all over). Not only did they try to jump my car in the heat for an hour, they cleaned my battery terminals tried different methods to get it up and running by bring their employees car and mobile chargers. At the end I offered to tip 30.00 the tip was refused. They only asked if I be a loyal customer after going through all of that for me. Customer Service at it's finest, and good hearted folks that work there! Thank you!
