Well a lot has changed in a few years... this place is absolutely horrible. 1) They turn away business, and don't feel bad about it. 2) I bought some leather cleaner from them, and was told that anytime I want it applied, they would do it for free... I took them up on it on several occasions. The last time I was there, they said that they don't do business like that.. they don't give stuff away. He then proceeds to ask me... "did my brother tell you this??"....

I went here for the second time today and thought the service was great. I got my back seat detailed and they did a good job, and fairly quickly, too. They even remembered me, when the last time I came in was around seven months ago.

Just got my windows tinted and it looks amazing! The heat reduction is obvious. Anthony helped me in making a decision and really took care of me. Had my car done when he promised and that is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

I've been getting my windows tinted for over 5 years and I've been washing my car for about the same with these guys. The brothers are awesome. The attention to detail and service used to be awesome But man the service is going downhill . I used them regularly on a weekly basis. No I've been forced to move to a different location in a different business because the quality just isn't there hopefully they get some better stuff and check over the cars before they go out . Sorry guys you got to do better work if you can uh charge that kind of money

Went in to this auto detail shop for an interior detailing, including shampoo of carpet, seats. Seats and carpet were done well enough...but the trash receptacles, dashboard, screens, seat bolts, door handles, crevices between front seats were not cleaned at all! Cup holders were semi-clean. Armrest storage space was not touched. Point something out, and they'll tell you they "couldn't reach that"...?? What is the point of getting "detailing" if you're not going to pay attention to details? This is what they spent an hour and a half on, for $119. And I shouldn't have to waste more of MY time to wait for you to take the car back and DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. I had to now go behind them and wipe down EVERYTHING in the front interior. And I KNOW they didn't wipe a thing because I got A LOT off of there. And yes, it was reachable. Plus, they left small spots (they look oily?) on the outside of my windows. How? I only had you deal with my interior. Additionally, there was a small issue with dashboard lights appearing after they had finished their "work." Of course, there is no reason such lights should appear, but they were so ready to absolve themselves of all blame from the get-go. The receptionist was RUDE. Laughing and mumbling that "it wasn't his problem." That kid should not be in the business of customer service. Luckily, it was a simple fix I found on Google, with this guy coming to me only after the fact with the suggestion. Yes, it's not your job, but it's common courtesy. It happened in your hands. The least you could do is make the harmless suggestion from the start, not just try to shoo me away. BAD customer service. You only get ONE STAR, IN SPITE OF my seats and carpet. Places like this are why people now seek to do so many things DIY.
