we had an appointment window, between 2pm - 6pm, our tech, James E. called us about 350 pm to advise an eta of about 4:30. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, put on his blue shoe covers and just made us at ease. He was clean cut, and well mannered .
It didn't take him long to diagnose the electrical issue and came up with the solution. 
The cost was covered by our service agreement.
Repairs were made, with quality parts and James was very professional and patiently explained why our "sparking outlets" were due to our slow cookers being on constant, not an electrical problem.
Mr. Sparky is our electrician and hopefully we can continue to have James as our technician.

David came within the appointment window and listened as I explain my problem. I took him to the circuit box and he took over from there. He identified the bad connection and replace the outlet. He was efficient, professional and very qualified. He explained the problem and offered suggestions about future work needed. I appreciated his thoroughness and would call upon him and Mr. Sparky for any electrical work I would need in the future and highly recommended this service to family and friends.

Great service. Showed on time and took the time to explain every detail. The only issue I did not appreciate was during my call for an appointment,  feeling pressured by the main office to sign up for a service to my panel, which I did not need or want, and paying approximately $15 a month. I have used this company in the past and was very satisfied. In fact the same Technician, Rodney, was who came on previous visits, so we had a history and knew each other.

Justin came to my house and helped us triage an issue with our non-ducted range hood.   He was prompt, courteous, very pleasant with my son, answered all our questions, and helped us quickly identify the root cause.   The repair cost us much less than we originally thought.    I am very impressed with Mister Sparky in Marietta and will happily contact them again when I need an electrician.

Bran was very  professional he was thorough in his inspection checking everything. He did a great job explaining the work needed and offered helpful knowledge.
