Air Duct Replacement Exceeded My Expectations. I just had a great crew from Casteel come out and replace my old air duct system in the attic. From start to finish, the job was done extremely well, and all along the way, the crew chief Jason, patiently listened to my questions and needs. The crew was safe, thoughtful, detail oriented and worked the whole time on the job. The air duct system they use is expandable tubes (R8 insulation) that hangs from the inside roof. Tight install. When i did the original deal with the salesman, he gave me a fair price of $2400 and personally guaranteed that I would be happy. I don't want to be too over the top here, but it came out better than I thought. As the heat blasts into the house, I just feel it is so efficient. I got to say, I highly recommend Casteel and feel they are using the right technology and install approach. They all brag too about being employees, which is cool in this day and age.

Good Experience. Very happy with the professionalism, quality, flexibility, transparency and pricing. They were open and honest from the beginning until the end. They offered me options and trade space and allowed me to change my mind on a few items. Then they did great work. I’m usually very harsh on companies of this size because most use pushy sales tactics to get you to buy unnecessary services. Not my electrician. He was very attentive to my needs and situation.

We could not be more pleased. Michael rendered service above expectations. Appreciate the companies awareness of keeping their clients well informed about appointment times, technicians photo supplied prior to appointment and the follow up wishing to know how the service was rendered and if the clients concerns were addressed. If the need arises for any of your services we will surely take this past experience into account. Check them out when needed.

Called them out for a quote. They did the high pressure kitchen. Table sale tactic. I only got a txt message saying we will do it for x if you do it tomorrow. Waste of time. It's sad how these companies try to do business these days . The new owner has ruined this company. Don't believe all these fake reviews. They pay for that .

Fantastic service from a solid company. Every one of their technicians has been knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable working with them, and I don't hesitate contacting them when I am in need of HVAC or plumbing work. They may be slightly more expensive than competitors, but the peace of mind and their courteous service make it all worth it.
