Everything was excellent! Food, drinks and service were all top notch. Our waitress Marissa was amazing at taking care of anything we asked for. All done with a smile and friendly demeanor.

Spent over an 2 and a half hours eating here. Waitress didn't even acknowledge us or provide a drink menu until 25 minutes after we sat down. Waited over an hour for our food with no drinks because our waitress neglected to check in with us while we waited. When our food finally arrived our waitress immediately left even though my friend was asking her for ketchup. A passing waitress heard us ask and brought it to our table. The nail in the coffin was the check. Our waitress stood their talking to her coworkers for a good 15 minutes before we just starting waiving our checks in the air for her to collect. I don't think I'll be returning. Plenty of other restaurants have much better service.

Great atmosphere... I live in Mass. I was up here with a a group of friends had a great time. 1st time and it will not be the last!

On the whole it was pretty good. Chilli was a bit flat. And the French onion soup is loaded with basil, if you like that.

Mister Ups is a fun little place to go to in Middlebury. Considering the general lack of restaurants and bars in the area, Mister Ups provides not only a great selection of food but also a good beer and drink selection. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly, and their deals of the day made it even more affordable than it already was.
