They don't bill your insurance as a true urgent care and instead use an outpatient hospital services code. The billing department acknowledges that they "are not a standalone urgent care so the billing is different". After months of trying to resolve the issue and several hours on three way calls with them and my insurance company it's clear that they're marketing themselves as an urgent care but by actual definition they are not. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and go to a real urgent care.

We were seen with my son who had a cough and fever for several days that continued to get worse and he had also fallen and hurt his finger. He ended up having pneumonia and a broken finger in the same visit on a Sunday afternoon. We were treated very well by all staff, nurses, X-ray techs and doctors. Not a very long wait and excellent service! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

I was seen twice, I didn't get better the second time so I called back and was told I if I needed something for pain I needed to come back in but I never asked for pain medication and I was just trying to find out why I was not getting better after numerous tests. The only helpful person was the nurse.

the drs here are no better then anywhere else like I went in for a urine test they called 2 hrs later saying come back we need another sample I said wtf they said the lab either didn't have enough or they spilled it I said do you know how hard it was for that sample then I turn on computer today to see a message saying that he never came back I called and am like wtf so it took them 10 mins to find my results and they calling back

I've been there a few times as with my husband and they have always been caring and professional. I love their new location a day choose them first when needing care.
