Unprofessional!!! The front desk provides the WORST service ever. Never have I been spoken to such a rude and degrading manner. Especially when they want me to continue doing business with them. Dr. Beck is an amazing doctor with great nurses and they are the ONLY reason I continue to go back.

I have started seeing Dr. Wood, as well as my husband and parents. He is patient, kind, and if you have a problem he wants to get to the bottom of it. He's very hands on, peronable, asks how the family's doing. He's a very caring Dr. We all really like him a lot. We haven't seen any of the other drs to know what they are like. His nurses Jamie and Karen are nice and try to help when able.

My wife has used GVREHAB twice, once for her shoulder replacement and once for her knee replacement. Both times Randy and Jamie and all the staff have been great help and attuned to her levels and needs Kim upfront has been phenomenal with schedules and reminders I give all the staff 5 stars!!! Painful ,yes of course, it's rehab!! but they knew how far to push her and when to back off. All in all they have a great staff and program. Kudos!

I don't blame you @Ryan Kelly. It's expected from them though after what I have been hearing lately... Your best bet is to stay away from this place and tell the people you know, to do the same hun.. My sister didn't get hired on here due to Drew Smith wanting to hire his old assistant back. She was caught writing her own prescriptions with his pad and stealing controlled substances that patients were bringing there to have destroyed. But Instead of firing her, I hear they only gave her a six month suspension instead. The police did nothing either except inform Golden Valley of what she was doing. I was told recently that Golden Valley didn't even fill out a BNDD form when the event occurred. Which happens to be a Federal requirement when narcotics are stolen... But what do you expect really? We are in Benton county, Missouri... But anyways, sorry you had to have a bad experience there as well... Just do like My family and I do and drive to Sedalia. We avoid GVMH like the plague.
