They are hard to get a hold of and not very professional. After asking if anybody turned in an application and hearing nobody did, I took the opportunity and applied. Having over 700 credit score, a valid rental history and solid work, I'd expect to hear back from them, especially since I was the only one and they said I'd most likely get it.
I called almost everyday asking and got nothing in return. I was interrupted by them talking to each other and laughing several times so I could tell this was going nowhere.
After being reassured that I WOULD get the apartment, I called to check the status two weeks after the application only to hear bluntly it's already taken and the lease has already been signed. I was pretty devastated and asked why. 
She said they email and call to keep in contact but I haven't got a single thing from them, other than ME calling them everyday. Very unprofessional.

Me and my husband are currently renting from them and so far not much has been communicated. We weren't told about renter's insurance (although we already had it), they didn't clarify if our water was well or city water- I had to ask the local water companies and when I found the right one mmra still had a balance owed to the water company and it was the water company who told us about the form to get the bill put into our name. There was no mailbox at the property and other than being approved very quickly I don't have much good to say about this company. Unfortunately they are managing a property we can afford, otherwise we would move.

Zero Stars. The worst company ever. They will charge you for any everything. $70.00 for an invoice. Move out they don't allow you to be there during walk thru then charge you cleaning and carpet when it has already been done.
The worst most deceitful company ever. Zero Stars is to good for them!!

MMRA is a reality company that is straight to the point, clear and covers all parties under Lease accordance to tenant/landlord laws. I LOVE IT...
its so refreshing to have someone treat me as a person and not a credit score but everything is spelled out so completely on expectations between and completely clear cut and no hidden agendas. If you need help or questions I gave had no problems! one of the Best landlords in the 15 yrs in WA..
THE STAFF IS AMAZING. .

Applied for an apartment with this trash management company.. Pass everything from background checks and credit checks 2 weeks later someone else applies for the same apartment and gets it? Seriously this company is trash I do not recommend them, the only thing they are good at is leading you on.
