It's nice to have a specialized shop in the area that both sells and services vehicles for those who are disabled. If there is a problem, these guys make it their mission to find a solution. There is a nice waiting room with TV, wifi, and coffee available if you decide not to drop off and return when completed. Appointment is timely and they are respectful of the customer's time.

My van sitting there for 3 weeks and plus waiting for parts. The service people making promise as the part can come in any day any time. They leave us hanging without an accurate information. There tracking system is so poor that no one knows when they going to have my parts. 3 weeks and counting for my Vmi parts. They are so quick to find everything else wrong with vehicle but cannot repair it . I am in wheelchair and need my vehicle to move around.
