I stopped in to look at a 2017 Street Glide.  The salesmen was okay.  When we got down to discussing price he became very pushy.  The typical have to buy it today.  The first offer was high and low for my trade in.  They did lower the price and up my trade in to a good price.  The sales manager then got involved.  I told them I wanted to compare their price with Heritage Harley in Lisle.   The sales manager told me to leave and the offer was no longer valid.  His exact quote was "I'm not whoring out my bikes so you can go somewhere else". I immediately went to Heritage Harley and they beat their offer and I was treated with respect.  No pushy sales tactics.  I bought the Street Glide at Heritage.   Happy riding.  I will never step foot in Wildfire Harley.

Awful service and people to deal with.  The service people are incompetent and butcher simple tasks like mounting tires.  Service manager is rude, unprofessional and pretentious. They will scratch your rims and then tell you it's normal wear and tear when your bike was brought in being in impeccable condition.  Then they will cover only one and deny the damage on the other rim.  The salesman talk out of their butts, but it's probably because they only ride in ideal conditions and do not understand motorcycling yet.  If you are a squid who yearns for poor service, this is your place.  If you are not, go to literally any other Chicagoland dealer.  I have way more horror stories from others, but this should suffice.

Bought a new Road King!!! Chris my salesman is the best, seriously go see him if you need a bike. He drove me home after they had to keep my trade and we had to get some papers signed. Great customer service! They worked to get me a great deal and offered me a great price for my trade in! Jason, Mike and Fredo. The triple threat! Hahahaha great experience will be back again!!

They claim not to put prices on the bikes because it might prevent someone from buying a bike they really want. The salesman said it's only a matter of monthly payments and was a little pushy. When buying a car or bike it's always about purchase price!  Do you really want to sell someone something they can't afford?
