This is the way buying a used car should be.  Andy is professional, knowledgeable and relaxed all at the same time.  There is no pressure and everything is transparent.  I bought a car from him the day after visiting a huge dealership in Palatine.  While the visit to the dealership left me wanting a shower, things could not have been easier with usedbestcardeals.  The price I paid was fair, the car was in great shape and without question, I will come back the next time I need a car.  Also, this is my first ever Google review after having Gmail for over ten years, so that should speak for itself.

These guys have  the best car collection, very helpfull staff and best of all prices are very compatitively low, i would give them 10 stars if i could, check them out.

I baught my black toyota camry 2009 from them  car is in excellant  condition financing process and registration application was done very fast and professionally. They also gave me few contact information of the insurance agents if i need to get the competitive rates on car insurance.  Bottom line is that if you need good used car very reliable  place to go.

Good selection of cars and great prices, the guys are super nice and know the cars they’re selling very well. Not pushy at all, will definitely come back.

We bought a 2005 Toyota Sienna from used best cars about 3 weeks ago.  The two gentlemen we worked with were very nice far from pushy and all around very easy to work with. We feel the van we purchased is everything it was said to be. We have not experienced any issues or found any problems that were not disclosed. Overall, we feel this dealership is very fair and from our experience honest. We would definitely recommend and buy from used best cars again.
