Terribly bad service I was in the store for 30 minutes and no one helped me. I was ready to buy and when I decided on my own to ask for help they told me to wait. I waited 15 minutes more until I decided to leave, the sales person I asked help from, saw me leaving and she didn't do anything. The manager saw the two sales persons were busy but he was to busy having coffee to help costumers.

I really love this furniture. awesome design and price average for what you get. The store is perfect located in downtown Miami. Parking area rear of the store. Two floors. Really busy, only couple associates.

They love to steal money from people we went with my friend to purchase a wallpaper decore and have Melissa they sales employe along with the manager the measurement of the wall in her house they told us the amount needed and then once the installers come it wasn't enough, I called the store right away and Melissa answered the phone I explained to her the situation and her answer was " well your gonna have to buy an other one " each roll is 600 usd and it was off by a small fraction, I told her it makes no sense and she was very rude and sarcastic I asked to speak with the manager who was of no help either he literally said " we just tell the customer the size of the paper they have to do their own math " he was so rude and also made no sense what he was telling me I got the entire conversation on recording and I'm going to proceed legally.

Very expensive for the quality, bought wallpapar "Elitis Samarcande VP 873-01 for $600, later found it for $353.

A bunch of snooty, snobby, foreigners that could care less about helping you, unless your spending 10K or more on their CHINESE furniture. They also don't discount anything unless you spend that much with them. Every furniture store I've ever been to is willing to give a little discount. Again, greedy and snobby company.
