3/14/18: Mod Market Catering is a fail: Mod Market as a restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious. But the catering service is seriously lacking. The entree salads are the size of a side salad (for entree price), and a side salad is 5 pieces of lettuce. The sandwiches are fantastic. I even had one lunch come with an entire 8 oz. cup of blue cheese crumbles instead of the fruit salad we ordered. Really bummed out because I love Mod Market and now everyone in the office hates them. :( Update 3/16/18: After following up with their customer service (I had to follow up because they didn't), they refunded half of our order and continued to claim their box salad lunches are only side salad side. By the way, the piece of bread and the cookie are not enough to make a full meal of that boxed salad. It's just not enough food. Their customer service was good, the food is fantastic, do not order their boxed lunches. Maybe the buffets would be better.

Modern Market is a good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with different meat and vegetarian/vegan options. It's also a very laid back environment that is laptop friendly with plenty of tables to eat and do work. The prices are average for food that usually costs much more. I plan to keep going here until I try everything on the menu because everything has been amazing so far. My favorites are the bacon&corn pizza and BLT sandwich with avocado. Yum!

Downtown Denver has a number of healthy choices for a quick meal including Protein Bar, Mad Greens and Modern Market. While I gravitate towards Protein Bar most lunchtimes, Modern Market makes a nice change. It serves a good selection of salads and similar dishes with a variety of options to spice things up. You can switch out the details Protein for your preferred choice too. Fast service and a decent setup for eating with friends or alone. Recommend.

I came in for breakfast. I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful service. The average breakfast is about $7 plus beverages. I opted for the everything toast, with a poached egg. The food arrived in just a few minutes. It was fresh, flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly prepared. Though not full, I felt satisfied for about 4 hours. I will likely return again soon.

Wow. Great food, lots of options, and very affordable. Had the steak sandwich with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. It was a perfect portion and light on the stomach. GF had the chicken grain bowl with a side of steamed veggies. That was delicious as well as healthy. Highly recommend.
