I never feel compelled to write a bad review after just one visit, but man was this a disappointment. The only positive to ordering from here was the speediness of my to go order, but the cleanliness of the kitchen looked questionable (I knew immediately after peeking behind the counter that I should've turned and left, and now I regret it), my mac n cheese lacked the usual amount of cheese, and they forgot to clean their utensils, so I have green items throughout my bowl of mac that taste like dirty lettuce of sorts. My mac and cheese just tastes like cooked noodles - definitely the worst Noodles & Co I have ever been to...

As someone who works as this noodles here’s some things for you to understand. If you come between 11 to 4 we are busy and can’t  always keep our kitchen clean due to lack of people we have on staff (we are hiring btw). We always are making everything fresh, if you have ANY complaints we will make it again.

So glad I found this place! I had a craving for beef noodle soup and decided to try out Chong Qing - not only are the prices more reasonable, they also have a larger and more unique selection of traditional Sichuan dishes. I ordered the Beef in Pickled Mustard Green Noodle Soup ($11), which came in a giant heaping portion! I will definitely be back - they also have a ton of traditional appetizers.

A nice little restaurant with a warm relaxed vibe. Menu is slightly hard to navigate if you’ve never been to one of these restaurants before but the manager was more than helpful. The food was great with lots of flavor and big portions. Seating was open and restaurant was clean. Parking is hard to find around this location as it’s located downtown. However we used a parking garage less than half a block away.

Good service. Noodles is of average taste. If you are looking for a quality/price place that's a good option.
