first time here.....Just bought a delicious steak burrito. I could do without the chips. The staff was very friendly and everyone had a great attitude. I love going to places where the staff are happy!

You've really only got a 50/50 shot at things going right here, at least if you're picking up..saaayyy during a lunch break? For one, they ALWAYS forget to give me the queso when i order a side or cup of it and any time i ever make an order online or over the phone, they almost always seem to have forgotten it ever happened. I've walked in multiple times when they were even having a slow day and i put my order in ahead of time to be picked up, but by the time i show up and it is supposed to be ready, i walk in to find them ll just standing around hanging out and i have to go through the entire order again with them.... this staff is seriously sub-par and leaves much to be desired

Guy behind the counter was very stingy with the serving size. I requested extra of an item (at my own expense) and he barely added a tablespoon extra. Evidently he does this with everyone because when we moved forward in the line, we saw the cashier hastily adding more food for the customer in front of us, and ours. Seems like they should re-train that guy, but he seemed like the kind of guy who would be very sensitive to receiving criticism. Will think twice before returning...probably hit Chipotle instead...

Haven't been to Moe's in quite some time but used to go quite often.  I have to say that I won't be returning. The guy behind the counter had so much gold in his mouth you couldn't understand him beyond a Mumble. The glass was so dirty you could barely see through to pick your items for your burrito or salad. You could see they tried to clean the glass but they just smeared everything all over it. Food was marginal, not the worst but the burritos are definitely not as big as I recall from about a year ago. No need to go back.....

I have been here a few times and the food is always delicious and fresh,  and the staff is always friendly and helpful.  Good portions and lots of choices, especially for toppings!
