I love this restaurant and decided to order a dinner to-go for the first time. The horrible experience started right when I called the store. I was put on hold TWICE for over 5minutes both times. Finally placed my order. I asked for Avocado Toast and a side of Fries. Was told it would take 30minutes to make. Arrived within 20 and waited another 10minutes. The food runner was very nice and he is the only reason I am not giving a one star review. The food was cold. French fries were literally ice cold and tasted very old. Avocados were not fresh either. Very bad experience with Cheesecake Factory ToGo.

The food is always good, but our service was horrendous. Waitress was very slow, kept walking around avoiding walking by her tables, it was not worth it.

Always a great meal. It does get busy, so there may be wait times. This is my wife’s favorite place to go out to eat. At night the lights are dimmer than I like. The cheesecake is, of course, awesome. Thai wraps, are flavorful and fun to eat. Love the Bacon Smokehouse Burger.

I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M GOING HERE! My boyfriend and I stopped by for lunch. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Sandwich with a green salad. I requested the chicken be cooked really well done. We get our order and I bit into my chicken sandwich only to see a big blotch of PINK! IT WAS RAW! My green salad also barely had any dressing on it. I asked them to take it back and cook it really dark like I already asked in the first place. The manager came by and apologized and came back a little while later with a new sandwich. I would have been fine after that if we weren't charged for the sandwich but we were when I got the check. They could have at least offered me a discount after I consumed something RAW! I felt sick as a dog afterwards. Never coming back! Our waiter was also inattentive and we had to chase him down almost every time.
