Food is good that being said lets talk about the waitress. Bad, I was part of a party of 5 last night at 6:45 summing it up it was as if my wife and I were not at the table. Three dinners were served five minutes later waitress walked by two or three times and did not realize my wife and I had not been served. At the end of dinner our friends ask for a to go box we also ask but she was so busy talking and not listening I guess she did not hear us. We ask for a to go box and when she brought it , it also came with a to go box of rice, then we had to ask for a bag to put it in. I dont know it just seemed like we were invisible. If we go back we will definitely ask the manager to assign another waitress. While I'm at it  since when do waitresses round up on the price. At the bar before dinner the bill was $10.17 our change of a twenty was $9.00 I've notice several restaurants doing this then when you bring it to there attention you get an attitude.

I have been going to this place for years. My last time here was a major disappointment. I went with just my mother-in-law and got seated around 5 on Friday. We waited 10 minutes to get a waiter. It was surprisingly not busy so we should have gotten our food out sooner than we expected, right? A WHOLE HOUR and the people around us who sat later than us got their food before me. We had no silverware and what kind of restaurant doesn't have salt and pepper on the table??? Normally I'm patient but an hour for just fried rice? Really?? They did comp our meals so we didn't have to pay for them but the staff and the kitchen need to get themselves together! Won't be returning here unless I'm sure this won't happen again!

Return visit to PF Chang’s for lunch with 4. Very welcoming, quick and smiling service from our waitress this day. Food was good some meeting expectations from previous visits
But others slightly below, though everything was satisfactory
Noted that presentation of sauces has been much simplified thus removing some of the differentiating  trait PF Chang had created

We waited an hour for a table - which is expected during snowbird season on a Saturday night. We sat by the bar while we waited, and we should have stayed there. We had a drink and an appetizer while we waited. Once seated our waitress (Beth, blonde hair above her collar wearing a headband, about 50'ish) was cheerful at greeting. Once we said we didn't want a drink or an appetizer since we already had one at the bar, her entire demeanor changed; she was rude, unfriendly and short with us. My food came out wrong. My husband had been able to eat half of his meal while they fixed my food. Once I got my food it was very bland. I wondered how they could screwed up Chicken Fried Rice? When we got the bill, I understood the screw up; the horrible waitress Beth put in Combo Fried Rice and then put in for Chicken Fried Rice - both were on the bill. She didn't even check it before giving it to us! Took her and a manager 20 minutes to fix the bill. Then the manager didn't even check in with us - but checked in on the two tables next to us. Note to the manager: check in at all tables, not just tables of patrons of a certain race. Left this dinner so furious.

Always good, sometimes it's great! Tonight it was great! Lisa was a great server, on 8/19/17. The new menu is a great update. The dynamite shrimp is dynamite. The Singapore pepper chicken is my new favorite on the menu, probably the best thing I've ever had here. And of course,  you must finish off with a Great Wall of chocolate. If you don't enjoy it at the table then take it home and enjoy it.
