for the last few years this place has been going downhill. They have a crazy amount of staff turnover. The last time i went they overcharged me TWICE . When i questioned it the 2nd time, the guy was like...oh it is just like .60 cents off. i asked for Ala cart kids taco, they charged me for a meal. The meal comes with a cookie and a drink. - .60 cents difference he says, and offered me a cookie for the mistake! Wait, you are going to charge me for a cookie AND a drink, and offer me just the cookie for the mistake. It was so frustrating. they need at least ONE person there who knows what they are doing . I see some of the old Hanover staff working at short pump- they said they drive there because the management is so much better to work under. I guess i will be making the drive too.

Moes isnt as good as it used to be, me and my family went there for dinner tonight. We noticed it was very busy , we asked for chicken but yet the lady served everyone “steak” or “tofu” we didnt notice the difference but we did notice it didnt look like chicken. After bringing it home and beginning to eat, my dad pointed out that his food didnt taste like chicken n my mom noticed she got someone elses food. I will never waste my money there again.

One of the dirtiest moes I've ever been to. None of the tables were wiped. There was food and trash all over the floors and the trash cans were overflowing. Even the trash cans in the bathrooms were overflowing with trash on the floors. The paper towel dispenser was torn off the wall. Only reason they are getting two stars is because the food was OK.

Second time eating at Moe's and I'm hooked came in 30 mins before closing service was good and food was great it's the subway of tacos here lol. Sat outside good cool night.
