This place is a cut above other chains like Olive Garden. They have a family style vibe that is perfect for a sit down lunch or dinner when traveling through the area. I had the lasagna which was tasty and well prepared. Service staff was cordial and helpful. Noodle were al dente. They were busy, but handled service if drinks, appetizers and meals at a perfect pace.

The service was very good and my mother-in-law‘s lasagna looks good and she said it tasted good. I was disappointed in the pizza. Not what I would think from a Italian restaurant.

Food was decent. Sadly, our young waitress was prejudice and initially treated us poorly. One of my family members pulled the manager aside to explain our experience and to ask for another waitress. In return, we were provided with the same waitress who employed "selective" improved service. Meaning... she was nicer to my daughter and I but not to my other family members. Wish the experience was better. It's part of the reason for the 3 stars.

Just had the "calamari" and my stomach is bubbling now. I don't know what that was, but it definitely wasn't calamari. Definitely had to have been frozen. I don't know if there is such a thing as imitation calamari but if it is, that had to have been it. We've had their pizza in the past and it's ok, not amazing. Their spaghetti is delicious!

Roma's never disappoints. Top notch food and service. I definitely recommend trying them.
