Typical Panera with decent food, great bagels and (in my humble opinion) excellent coffee. As other have noted, we too have experience order mix ups from time to time.... less often than we have experienced at another Panera in the area, but it does happen. Service her is fine, though maybe not always chipper. Busy place so there are usually a lot of demands on staff.

Hot coffee, comfortable atmosphere. One advantage of ordering at the register is that there is no limit on the number of rewards you can use on your order. Online and kiosk orders will limit you. Not to be presumptuous, but I do recommend adding a $1 tip minimum if you're having them bring your stuff to you. It's not that much to you, but it adds up and makes a difference to all the employees. It's a daily tip share, split among everyone who worked that day. Also, if you're going to be hanging out all day, using their WiFi and enjoying unlimited refills, basically using Panera as your office, maybe consider big-tipping as cheap rent. Just something to think about...YMMV

Although my food was prepared quick and freshly made, the staff looked like they wanted to kill themselves. Everyone looked so depressed. No one acknowledged me or said hello or simply smiled like they used to. The staff just walked by giving me the side-eye. What happened?! I used to get breakfast for my entire office from this location, and I don’t know if I want to continue doing that. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich for myself and added avocado. When I checked out my sandwich before eating it, there was this tiny sad sliver of avocado that I paid an extra dollar for. I called and spoke with the manager to ask if this was the standard preparation and she said yes and added that it’s the corporate standard. She was nice. I wasn’t trying to be “that guy”. I just wanted to know. So in the future, I would know that adding avocado on my sandwich is not a good deal.. atleast not at this location. Overall, I will not be returning to this location. There are better locations elsewhere, especially the Willow Lawn location. That’s why they’re always so busy. Hello and smiles are easy to give out there. Plus, they’re not very stingy with their avocados.

The food was excellent, it's just the customer service that could be better. The cashier I had was very snippy and could use a crash course in manners. This doesn't change my view in their food, but it makes me doubt in their customer service.
