My husband and I live around the corner so we come here often. We love this place and the night time crew is great! No complaints here.

Guy working the veggie part of the line had to of been extremely high. I have never seen anyone move so slowly. He didn’t even speak. Never got us queso when we asked. Never looked up at us. He put a tiny scoop of everything in one spot, didn’t even spread it around. Wasn’t feeling very welcomed, as he slogan goes..

I can’t complain about the price. We visited for the first time ever the other day. The first two people at the beginning of the counter were friendly but by the time we got to the cash register the customer service aspect was rushed and borderline rude. The food (two of the bowls) were extremely bland. The only thing that didn’t taste like under-seasoned rice was the cilantro and the pickled jalapeños. The atmosphere was more cozy, the place seemed clean and the music was a nice touch.

I will NEVER EVER go to this Moe’s in Brandon again! The worst customer service ever! I honestly wish their was a negative star option because that’s what I would choose. The girl who took my order was absolutely the worst person to make a burrito. She counted the pieces of steak that she put in my burrito. Then I asked her to put a little more. She had an attitude. She slapped the rest of the steak in the wrap and rushed to closed it. I said I still need sour cream and cheese. This burrito was so dam sloppy. She then had the audacity to giggle with the other girl and talk about the burrito she just threw together. The Moe’s in Tampa (never ever treated there customers this way). This is unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE! I had to pay  $11 and change for this freakin burrito. I hope the manager or someone from Moe’s corporate office sees this review. I will be sure to tell Everyone I know to NEVER GO to this Moe’s! Ridiculous!

I will never go there again I took my girl out to eat there and we had the same thing and we both got food poisoning and we are still currently inside the hospital. I will never go here again and I will be contacting the managers and a lawyer since I have to miss days off of work.
