We ordered carry out. They gave part of our order away, so we had to wait for that part of our order to be made again. However, they did comp us enough desserts for all 3 of us that had ordered. Which was really nice. We ended up waiting for our food for a total of 2 1/2 hours from the time of the call, when we were told it would be 30 min. When we got home the food was cold. Also 1 of our items we were told they were out of, but 2 1/2 hrs later they had them again! I was disappointed because I love Red Lobster, I'm on vacation it's my last night I just wanted to have a night to relax and eat some good food! Maybe next time!

Our dinner was not good at all...I ordered the full order of chicken Cajun pasta and it was full of grease(maybe a pool of butter?) and garlic.  I had a couple of bites, took it home, and decided to throw it away right away. 
 
Family member ordered the snow crab legs and they were way overcooked and full of water and not very clean. The broccoli was not fresh(got spit out), the green beans with mushrooms were gross, and the clam chowder was gritty.   

Why didn't I say anything or send it back?  Family member ate the crab after fighting with it and spraying everything(I held my napkin up to try to block it the best I could!) with crab water while dodging the dirty crab pieces...and the waiter was very short with us.  Wasn't worth the hassle.
Glad I had a gift certificate.  ...It was an experience.

Owners:  I'm not looking for a handout or free meal, I just wanted to give my honest review of the restaurant and food.

Very nice service. Sam was our waitress. She did an excellent job making sure we had drinks and being there when the food was served. All the food was delicious. We are totally stuffed! The kids had fun too. They love the activity books. It's nice to have a place for family, or date nights. It's not very loud either.

Was so impressed with the service we had at this Red Lobster with Shawn. He was so attentive to our needs. Let Jeanette the supervisor know how awesome he was and she informed me he had only been working there a month! You would never know he's only been there a month by the stellar service he gave! Will definitely return to this location and ask for Shawn.

Very disorganized.  I paid $138 and the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a while.  We got our sides about 40-minutes after we were done with our entrees.    Glasses were empty most  of the duration that we were there.
