The food was outstanding the service was outstanding the only thing that I had an issue with was the cleanliness..😟 I am a professional cleaner so I did notice all of the dirt along all the window seals.. the top of the booth... And the floor was sticky and it kind of smell like they used a dirty mop... Other than that the place was fantastic!! I think if they would invest and have a professional cleaning crew come through to clean their place it would take it to the next level...OVERALL GREAT GOOD & SERVICE.

My fiance and I were seated almost immediately after entering. Slow Sunday which was pretty odd because all of the other big name restaurants were packed. Our waiter was really nice but seemed a bit shy. Unfortunately he forgot to give us silverware, clear dishes and glasses after giving us our refills( which we had to ask for). I asked him for a fork and he brought me one. I guess it is kind of my fault because I couldve asked for silverware. His shyness resulted in us having to ask the person who brought our entrees for silverware. Luckily we didn't need silverware for our appetizers and the one fork sufficed for my salad. He has to be new, and if so, this falls on management. Food was okay, came out very quick. I hope he gets around his shyness and management coaches him a little bit more.

I don't like talking negatively. If I am paying 70 dollars for a meal, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect decent service.

Last night my husband and I who are visiting from South Carolina, decided to stop into Smokey Bones for dinner. It was such a pleasant evening. I overheard our lovely waitress Jerra tell another couple that they could leave a review on Google. The food was amazing and a manager came around to see if we were enjoying our meal. Our waitress was very kind and helpful and she made all of the people she was catering to laugh including us. I had no idea what I wanted to eat so she helped me pick out the AMAZING salmon. Such a lovely girl, restaurant and night!

Service was great but when I went to use a coupon I was sent via membership was told I  couldn't use it because what we ordered was a promotional item and not a menu item.  We were not aware of it being a promotional item and General manager and manager were not even interested in really hearing our case about it.  Didn't even offer a gift card or in house coupon we had a substantial ticket

Really disappointed. The ribs turned to almost powder in my mouth. The coleslaw tasted funky. Just nothing was good except the garlic bread. There was a 5 minute wait for a table but it took 25 minutes to get food to the table. I order a 1/4 chicken dark. They brought me a half of a breast. I tell the waiter "I ordered dark meat." To which he tells me I'm wrong, that it is dark they just took out the bones. Really? I'm a grown man, I think I can tell the difference between the two. Small portions and I dropped $80 on garbage.
