Waited 15-20 minutes in line only to have them tell us they were out of steak. The only thing they had was chicken or beef. Manager had an attitude problem after we asked for someone to refill the salsa because they were also out of that. Watched numerous customers leave because they were out of everything. How can you be out of everything when the store don't close till 9 and it was 6:30. One of the employees left the line to go smoke in the bathroom. Restaurant looks like it hasn't been cleaned for awhile. Trash under tables, by the drink station and even messy tables. Definitely won't be spending my money here ever again.

Just left after waiting in line for over 20 minutes. The three kids working looked lost and were standing around. The manager was wandering around wiping tables in a mostly empty dining room. Clearly this place has lousy leadership and it has trickled down to the staff. I’ve never had a poor experience at any Moe’s from Ohio to Florida...to say this location is a complete joke would be a disservice to other trash establishments.

Cheap imitation of Chipotle. Decor is nice but restaurant was filthy. Food was dried out, cold and not fresh. The only positive thing about this place is the friendly girl behind the counter. I feel bad that her personality and talents are being wasted in an establishment who obviously doesn't care. The big weirdo guy that was making all the takeout orders was gross and looked like he was in serious need of a shower. I wouldn't want him touching food my dog was going to eat let alone food for my family. Will NEVER return.

Not impressed.  The food was decidedly mediocre and they were horribly understaffed to the point where the staff was complaining loudly enough for the customers to hear.  It was obvious the staff was not happy and the resturant suffered for it.
