This place is a dive, bunch of peopke living here, small parking lot right on the freeway. I personally would love to see it disappear.

Whether you're here overnight or long term like us (1.5 years) you'll find it quite enjoyable. Neighbors are friendly and even though it's next to the freeway it's mostly quiet! Management is very nice also.

They are extremely rude to the homeless that live under the 99 freeway bridge around the corner although they are clean and don't seem to be harming anything or anyone the people here keep calling cops on them

My Family and I really enjoyed this place, management and park residents very friendly and welcoming. Very clean facilities, and park.

There pic are not what you think, however there are so nice people here but everyone will know your business her and dont forget the homeless people under the bridge.
