The 12 acre forest and grass natural resort provides convenient access to touring the local wine country, historic river towns, and surrounding wetland wildlife habitats. The MOST tranquil, water able to see walking, safe during darkness, zero light pollution compared to San Jose, and there is not a beach. 2 weeks 2 stores 1 fishing pole. Huge problem? My family is negative and pretends like they help me over the phone.

Besides real issues, back burnt mentally, distracted because of daily sole problems, along with stressful past experiences needing to be shaken. I'd die here.

After weeks of exploring Southern California, this was a great stop for us to unwind and catch our breath. The California Delta is beautiful, especially at sunset. Park Delta Bay is very well kept, with spacious and shady spots, great wifi, all the amenities you need (including the best dog park we've had at an RV park so far), and friendly people. It was also a convenient location for us to day trip to San Francisco! We had a great stay!

A good mix of residents amd vacationers. Plenty of shade over the spaces for the hot delta days. The wifi is pretty slow, but its in the middle of nowhere, so that's to be expected.

We parked our tiny house on wheels at Park Delta Bay for a short but sweet visit. This is a beautifully green, tree-covered RV park with solid amenities. Quite affordable with great monthly discounts. Full-time RVers make up half the  park, which includes park models. This is a tiny house friendly park, a too. Centrally located only an hour to Sacramento and San Francisco. The sunsets on the Delta are too die for.

Nice place.. Isleton and Rio Vista super close.....great fishing. Friendly and helpful staff.
