Staff that we encountered while attending a party in the ballroom were very hospitable. The A/C works but in some spots almost too well (I guess we were right under it). Buffet with carving station was great, prime rib roast was marvelous.

Absolutely gorgeous Lobby, it felt very comfy and upscale. No noise pollution which is on the top of my list. The concierge was very accommodating and helpful even at 1 a.m. when I got there. For the amenities and the price I would definitely stay here again.

Check- in was quick! Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Staff is pleasant.

One of the worst Hilton properties I've stayed at - I stay with hilton exclusively through work travel every week of the year. If you value quiet and your sleep stay somewhere else or request to stay in a room as far away as possible from the bar on Grand canal. You'll be woke every night by motorcycles and cars revving their engines. Don't bother complaining to the manager, she isn't helpful and will tell you there is nothing they can do. Don't stay here in summertime either because their air conditioning works poorly. Only positive of this property is the executive lounge.

The Hilton in Stockton is in my opinion by far the best hotel in Stockton. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient and go out of their way to assist you with any needs that you might have. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, quiet and well maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The building interior is open and airy with that feeling of an upscale hotel. One person in particular went out of their way to assist me and I wanted to say that Farisha Jung is a outstanding employee there at the Hilton and a true asset to their team. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
