I would definitely recommend Momentum! The staff is extremely nice and engaging and the gym is very clean. I used the personal training services that are offered and couldn’t be happier. I felt like my trainer, as well as all staff members I interacted with, were willing to work with me and my schedule. I felt very comfortable asking questions and it seemed like my goals were important to the staff. The gym is also run very efficiently and I got quick responses any time I sent an email or text.

Best gym in Tallahassee, hands down. The equipment is top notch, which includes a full range of Hoist machine (hard to find in most public gyms). The atmosphere inside is great and the staff is always helpful and kind!

Great but, ever changing staff sets the mood here, a good staff member can either make or break your experience. But, the equipment works wonders and the place is kept nice and cool, with plenty of water fountains.

While there, you should check out the smoothie bar. With so many choices, you're certain to find the one that fits your style.

After major neck surgery I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my doctor gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise I contacted John Schneider at Momentum Fitness Center. I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise. I knew that if I trained on my own I would risk further injury. I needed to have appropriate training planned and a person to monitor me.

My PT - John Schneider tailored the sessions to meet my specific rehabilitation needs. He clearly put a lot of time into designing the sessions which were full of variety and a lot of fun. John challenged me within my injury capabilities, but, he made sure there was no risk of damage to my neck. He has a thorough understanding of how the body works. I leave each session feeling exhilarated. John has been very flexible with my availability times. I highly recommend John Schneider, and Momentum Fitness Center!! The professionalism and passion for what he does for his clients is second to none!! A very Special Thank you John for what he does for everyone, expecially me!! :)

Wish you guys didn't close the location on Appalachee Parkway! Love the gym but customer service is poor. From the managers own mouth, staff doesn't like to do paperwork. Tip: When on the phone with a customer, listen to the customer and don't rush them off the phone because of your errors.

Update: Called twice, put on hold twice. Rob has horrible customer service skills. Talk about short staff at the counter. Wow, gotta find a new gym now.
