I can't say enough amazing things about this academy. I'm taking the kickboxing class. They offer a week free trial for it which I fell in love with. The instructor Chad is friendly, motivating, knowledgeable and understanding.  Even the other people taking the class are extremely friendly and encouraging. Great atmosphere! I'm a beginner, very out of shape and overweight and I'm excited to come to class every week (which is saying something because I hate working out). You do what you can of the exercises and as many reps as possible and keep it moving. I've felt no pressure to sign up and there's a monthly cost for the class but it's month to month, nothing under contract. Any level of experience, you will feel challenged. The class is Monday and Wednesday and I only wish it was offered more during the week :)

Great atmosphere, great teachers.  Very convenient afterschool program, with a van pick up from area schools, taekwondo lesson while in afterschool, homework time, etc.  This way kids are guaranteed to get their workouts a few times a week while you are at work, and it doesn't cut into your evening and into family time.

They have a wonderful program for after school as well as adult classes. The whole family enjoys going! The friendly environment makes you feel like you are apart of a family which reassures me my son is good hands. We have enjoyed going now for years and have nothing but great things to share about the staff as well as the programs they offer.

My son has been a student there for over two years and he loves it! The entire staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The after school program is outstanding. All the teachers go the extra mile to personally help my son attain his goals. With three children in a variety of extra curricular activities, I can easily say this is the best facility/program that I have experienced.
