We ordered a pizza at Mona Lisa's and they forgot our order and we waited far longer than we should've at any respectable pizza restaurant.  The pizza was average, not particularly memorable, and was not worth the wait, especially since I was in a hurry.  Very disappointing.

I only order in and can't speak to anything else. I only get pizza. The pizza is thin-crusted and better than most around. Love the folks behind the counter. Beats Otto.

Don't be fooled by the short line. Took our order immediately for 2 subs. Waited 20min and found out they were not even close to making the subs. Food was OK.

I like the pasta and steak tips dinner I ordered.  Nice polite delivery to your door.  Food came on time, hot, and neatly packed.  I would order from them again.
