I'm here from out of town working and needed to wash laundry so I picked here cause it looked to be really nice and clean well to my surprise. The LADY on staff was the rudest I have ever meet. From the moment me and my family walked in the door she had it in for us. First of all I have severe asthma [ medical DR. prescribed inhaler ] and cannot wear a mask and she just kept on at me. Not caring that I could not breathe if i put one on. Not worrying about anybody else that walked in there with a mask on or if it was even on properly. Then my son and his finance brought clothes in well he had to leave and go to the atm when he came back he stopped and was getting quarters and she asked him what he was doing in there stealing. That if he didnt have clothes in there he wasnt to get no change in there either. How you going to accuse someone of something or make accusations on someone unless you know your facts. Not good business or customer service. The signs that's hanging up in there saying Be Nice Or Get Out. THE LADY needs to take that to her own advice. Good luck to everybody that uses this place.
