I go every Sunday, the lady who works here is super friendly the machines work great the prices are good and no one minds that my 4 year old and one year old usually have to come with me.  They have a lot of washers and dryers and offer service if you don't want to wash yourself

Very nice and clean, they have a kids table which was nice for my kids to use. The first time I came it was not as welcoming as the second time. The second time there was a older women who was on top of greeting all the customers as they came in. She saw that I had two little ones so she turned on the tv for them and put cartoons on for them. She was very sweet. As oppose to the first time a different women was working and there was no hello. I asked to use the restroom and she just handed me the keys. There was no communication. She seemed miserable. I just want to point out that great customer service is what keeps your customers coming back and really makes a difference.

Usually quiet.  Certain staff members are polite while others are rude.
