My first experience at coin laundromat was a complete joke. I will never go there again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone. Being that I didn't have power and I needed my work clothes washed I had my bf bring them to coin laundry. When I got them back that day I realize the whole outfit of mine was missing. A bright purple shirt that says USPS and a pair of black pants, also some pajama shorts. first off I had not even a full load of clothes and I was charged $12. The second when I called about my missing close the lady that answered the phone said I can't do anything for you I'll call my manager and then I'll call you back in 20 minutes. 2 hours later no call back, so I called again no answer, surprise. I called the third time the lady picks up and says my manager will call you in the morning.  I've called twice today no answer, I just called on the way home from work. I explain the situation again, she said oh yeah you, there's nothing I can do for you. I said you mean to tell me that you guys lose clothes and can't do anything about it? I said somebody was supposed to call me back last night they didn't call, somebody was supposed to call me today they didn't call. Then she hung up on me, I've called four times no answer. My work shirts are $30 each, otherwise I wouldn't care. I also want to be so upset if they had better customer service. Every single person was rude to me, nobody called me back, they didn't offer a refund, they didn't offer anything to try to keep me as a customer. If they had done something like that I would of went back. How do clothes just mysteriously disappear? She said we watch all loads separately. She had every excuse in the book there's no way we miss placed your clothes. But they did, and have done nothing to try to accommodate me. They could at least give me a refund, and maybe an apology. They know they lost my clothes. Since they don't want to answer my calls I will be going there. I just wanted to let everybody else know so they don't go there & have a horrible experience.

First time going to this Laundry mate since my washer broke.  So much better then Ace Laundry in Bunnell.  I will defiantly come back. Friendly helpful staff, lots of working washers and dryers and clean.

It's clean and there is always an attend on duty. The ladies that work there are pleasant and helpful.
