Love these guys! I've only gone twice but both times have been great. Billy is a very welcoming person who's really great at color matching and styling. For my appointment today I got stuck in some really heavy traffic. I felt so bad because I knew I would be late, what made this worse was that I was the first appointment of the day so I expected them to either have to cancel my appointment or rush my service but none of that happened. He was very understanding and took me back right away. He's very precise with his application of the dye and assured me that he would get the right color which he did. For washing, a lovely girl with long, straight, dark hair washed the dye out and gave me a scalp massage and a hot towel treatment, it felt so great! Then Billy took me back again and cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it while we bantered back and forth. Despite being late they treated me like family and assured me that everything was okay. Prices are a little high but for the attention and quality your receive, I think it's worth it. This is my new place to get my hair done ^^

Dee Dee Miller is an outstanding stylist! I've been her client for a few years and my hair has never looked better. She is so creative and talented! She really takes the time to listen to your wants and strategically plans to make you reach your hair goals! My hair is healthy, growing, and amazing. She recently added blue and purple hues with fashion colors and I am in love!!! Fashion colors are always a part of my hair routine, and because she is an artist, the color combinations really pop! On a side note, we have become great friends...which is just a bonus! She even came to my house to wash and style my hair while I was recovering from a surgery...words cannot express my deep appreciation for her.

I've been coming to Monaco for about 5 years now. Dee Dee has been my stylist for about 2 years now and she is undoubtedly the best!! She's taken care of my long hair before, and has also given me a gorgeous short cut and balayage that I truly loved. So I can honestly say she is great with whatever length you are going for! I always leave Monaco with fabulous healthy hair. It's really important to trust your stylist, and I feel like Dee Dee and Monaco goes above and beyond to make sure that experience happens for their customers.

Danielle Miller is the reason why I go to the salon. She is wonderful! She's patient and walks me through any types of changes and I want to make. I've never walked out of that salon and not been thrilled with my hair. The salon is very clean. Also every employee I've ever dealt with, has always been a delight, very kind and attentive. When I first moved here six and a half years ago I needed to find a salon... I found one, they had a great reputation and they did good work but, it was very snooty and I paid 3 times as much for the same services that receive Monaco salon. So... If you're looking for quality service, that you can always count on, has a super clean environment, go to Monaco salon.

Deedee Miller has been my hair stylist for almost 4 years and in that time, she has indulged every whim of mine. My hair has been blue, purple, teal, gray, white, brown, blonde, short, long, and a number of styles in-between and she has always patiently taken the route that preserved the integrity of my hair, while reaching the goal I set. I can truly say that I have never been unhappy with my hair when Deedee has done it. She has a passion and a GIFT for what she does and I have recommended her to a number of my friends and family. My mother and sister are now her regulars and a few of my friends are as well. She is great at what she does and a total joy to be around. Monaco Salon is not the cheapest option out there, but it's all for good reason. You get what you pay for - knowledge, skill, and zero shortcuts!
