I can't say what the rest of the tenants are like, but Lucky is the most awesome stylist I've ever had do my hair! She's great at cut, color, style and suggesting just the right products! If you want to look your best, go see Lucky at Salon Lofts on South Dale Mabry in Tampa!

I highly recommend Stephanie Clarke at Salon Lofts. She is absolutely incredible! Her specialty is working with skin--she will get you face-fabulous in no time! Also, if you use false eyelashes or eyelash extensions, Stephanie is the best in town. The first time I visited her, she had run out of the type that I liked. The extensions that I had in were terrible (I obviously hadn't discovered Stephanie yet), so she went ahead and removed them and put replacements on for free, to hold me over until she had the kind I liked. She is a perfectionist when it comes to your beauty needs. For a professional, relaxing, and personable experience, Stephanie Clarke is definitely your girl.

Of course how good it is depends on the stylist. I went to Christen twice. She is very expensive and I don't think she is worth what she charges. Yes she knows how to cut hair and I left there not unhappy. I went with a photo of a cut that is pretty easy, and I've had no problems before. Christen said my hair had to be cut at least two inches shorter for it to start working in that cut. I said okay, and it wasn't a bad cut, but nothing but a two-inch of my long length. It was very costly, and I tipped at least 20 percent so I should have gotten some consideration next time. The cost had me wait two months. This time I had a nice photo of a little different, long and smooth, with the bottom angled (not thinned out) Again she found some reason not to do that cut and again just cut the length and bangs. I think she lacks enough experience. I also don't like my hair not parted in the middle when cut, I told her I'm not a fan of cutting my hair off-center no matter where I part my hair when it's done. She flat ironed then cut. To not wash and blow dry takes away a big nice reason to have your hair done. My hair is thick, glossy and comes out very nicely and I am thankful. But that is not a reason to not blow dry my hair. I am going elsewhere next time. I just don't think she has enough experience but is charging as though she does.
