Attempted to use this office as my PCP for about 2 years and had a terrible experience. Did not take my health concerns seriously, refused to send me to specialists when requested, forced me to come in for an office appointment every time I needed a refill for a prescription that I've been taking for 4 years, and would only prescribe medications that my insurance wouldn't cover and made it difficult to find alternatives. 

This may be a great place for cosmetics but definitely isn't a place to go for any other kind of care. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice, but that just wasn't enough to keep me from feeling cheated as a patient.

I went in as a open minded client as I had received a fabulous deal on Groupon.  I have used other medical spas in the Columbus area for botox so I knew what to expect.  Except I wasn't expecting such a nightmare.   The nurse assistant insulted the makeup I was using, and the doctor who gave me my injection left a permanent scar on my left temple.   Please save yourself and go to Juvly or another spa. This was terrible.
